Blackhawk's leading edge commercial vehicle repair system is Power Cage - 250 tons of chassis straightening power, capable of realigning a complete 40 foot trailer
quickly and with pinpoint accuracy thanks to it's laser alignment system.

Power Cage has the unique distinction of being designed to work hand in hand with the
Blackhawk Cab Bench system to provide a total collision repair service, including the cab section. The entire vehicle can be repaired and realigned in one operation.

The Power Cage is Blackhawk's largest, most powerful truck, bus and trailer repair system providing up to 250 tons of pushing and pulling power to exactly the right spot on the vehicle through ten ball bearing mounted towers which revolve a full 360 degrees around the vehicle.

Pull heights up to 3.4 metres above the main beam provides full height repairs to trailer units and cabs, buses and coaches, while the laser measuring system, working on a revolutionary principle which scans targets the length and breadth of the vehicle.

Completing the repair process is the Blackhawk Cab Bench which provides secure anchoring and realignment through model specific brackets, where necessary, to guarantee fast accurate repairs
